• No AI/ML Model Training: We explicitly state that no Google Workspace user data or personal data obtained via Google APIs will be used, transferred, or sold to train, retrain, or improve any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models, including our internal algorithms or third-party Large Language Models (LLMs).
• No Human Review: No human or employee will read or review your Google user data unless we have obtained your explicit consent for specific troubleshooting, or it is required for security purposes or to comply with applicable laws.
