Connect PPT.AI MCP

Create and manage presentations in your AI workspace. Choose your assistant and connect PPT.AI to get started.

Connect in ChatGPT

Use a custom MCP connection with OAuth. Setup by your workspace administrator and PPT.AI is required; a public one-click connection is not available yet.

Open the setup guide
How to connect
  1. Ask your workspace administrator to add the MCP server URL and select OAuth. Arrange client registration with PPT.AI before signing in with your paid API account.
  2. Reload the connection, allow the tools you need and run the read-only check below.
OAuth

PPT.AI must register the client and its exact callback URL first. Use the issued OAuth client credentials, not your Api-Secret. Availability depends on your ChatGPT workspace permissions.

Start with a brief. Keep the conversation.

Give your assistant a goal, an audience and the material to work from. Review the plan before approving paid generation or changes.

Turn a brief into a deck

Work from text or a public webpage in Standard mode, or build a Professional or Creative session around your topic.

How to Use PPT AI
Example workflow

Prepare a product launch deck for our sales team. First show the available modes and prices, then draft an outline for my review.

Refine the story

For Professional and Creative decks, revise the outline, edit a page or choose another template in the same conversation.

How to Use PPT AI
Example workflow

Find my latest Professional deck. Suggest a clearer opening and a shorter conclusion. Show any editing cost before making changes.

Export and move on

Export Professional or Creative decks as PPTX, PDF, PNG or HTML. Standard decks have their own download tool.

How to Use PPT AI
Example workflow

Export my finished deck as an editable PPTX. If the export is pending, keep checking the same export until the download link is ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have another question? Contact us by email

Who can use PPT.AI MCP?

An active merchant account with a paid API purchase. Ordinary website or App subscriptions, top-ups and free credits do not grant MCP access.

Do I need a separate server?

No. Connect a compatible remote MCP client to the hosted HTTPS endpoint using your merchant Api-Secret. Client availability and workspace permissions vary.

When are API credits charged?

Standard PPT generation costs 10 API credits. Professional and Creative generation and paid edits follow current API prices. Review options and costs first; MCP does not use website credits.

Can I upload a file through MCP?

This MCP version starts from text, a public webpage URL or a topic. File and custom template uploads remain in the existing REST API.

What happens if a request takes longer?

Poll the session for progress. For an uncertain write, check its operation receipt and reuse the same request_id and arguments when retrying. Do not create a new paid request just because it timed out.

What can I download?

Download Standard PPTs with their download tool. Professional and Creative exports support PPTX, PDF, PNG and HTML. Export links expire after five minutes; a pending response means keep polling.
